CRAVING BREAD?  Try this . . .

MEATLESS, Raw Burrito; amazingly delicious !

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
3 tomatoes
½ hot pepper
2 TBS chopped yellow onion
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 ear fresh corn
2 tsp fresh lime juice
6-8 lettuce leaves (or bok choy leaves)

Methods/steps
Mash avocado, mix in remaining ingredients and place into lettuce and wrap edges to form “burrito.”
