Crackers | Almond Flax Multi-seed w/Rosemary

Multi-Seed Rosemary Flaxseeed Cracker

Ingredients: -85 grams (about 3/4 Cup) of blanched Almond flour
-2 teaspoons of dried Rosemary (Or 1-2 tsp of Granulated Garlic)
-1 teaspoon of finely milled sea salt (or to taste)
-2 Tablespoons of whole flaxseeds
-1/4 cup if water.
-1/4 cups of Mixed seeds:
+/- 2 tablespoons of Sunflower Seeds
+/-1/2 Tablespoon and a half of pumpkin (A few pine nuts if you wish)

*Un-blanched (ground almonds) nut flour does not hold together as well as the blanched variety.

You’ll also need: A measure cup or small bowl
A larger bowl for mixing
Plastic Wrap A Rolling Pin.
A flex baking sheet/mat–(I was afraid I would damage my SILPAT…)

Bake at 285°F/140°C for 35-40 minutes.
