Cauliflower chia seed cracker/ bread
[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Lk5ScrOdp0] DAY BEFORE: Soak Almonds, Soak Chia *FIRST STEP:
* Soak Chia Seeds in the 3/4 cup of water let stand until thickened (20 min or more)
SECOND STEP: 1 head cauliflower chopped IN food processor (you’ll need 3 cups)
(you won’t use the whole head)
3/4 cup almonds (pre-soaked)
3/4 cup wter
1/4 cup chia seeds (black)
1.5 tspon dried oregano or parsley (whatever you like)
1.4 tspns white pepper
1 tspn pink Himalayan salt
1 tspn garlic powder (optional)
1 tspn Chalulu (optional)
Food processor
Ground almonds til fine
Add almonds to large bowl
3 cups of Ground Cauliflower to Food Processor
Add the thickened chia seeds
Mix Well and spread on baking sheet lined with parchment paper (or silpad)
TIP …. When spreading it out make a little “lip” around the outside to prevent browning.
Cook 25-30 min.

Bake at 400 25-30 minutes (for crust)
