I LOVE to watch cooking shows…especially Giada and Ina Garten (The Barefoot Contessa). Sometimes I wish the Food Network would just do a show on things like this. Like what kind of knives to buy, what pots are the best, and what kind of cutting board to purchase. I know that all of these preferences are subjective, BUT, (and especially for new cooks and/or homemakers) this information is priceless and one of the goals I have intended for this domain.
Sooooooo … I found this article that I thought might help. It’s from Cooking For Engineers. Engineers like to analyze and build the best products right? So I thought their input might help. I wonder what Alton Brown would say. I love his show too.
If any of you chefs per chance read this, or anyone for that matter who has experience in this arena, I’d love to hear from you.
