I was watching a recent episode of The Chef and The Dietician.
Did you know that for pennies a glass you can easily make your own Almond Milk.
In your high powered blender (we use a BlendTech or VitaMix)
Add:
3 cups water
1 TBspn of almond butter.
(optional)If you have it you could use the water from a thai young coconut
whirl 10 seconds or til mixed completely.
Optional Additional Ingredients: For a sweeter milk
If you want it sweeter add in dates and alcohol free vanilla
SERVE.
For single serving, use 1 cup water to 1tspn. almond butter.
