1 banana (I like it frozen)
2 cups blueberries (I also like frozen)
2 Mejdool dates, pitted (of 4 of the smaller dates)
1/2 cup almond milk (or whatever kind you like)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
5 ounces spinach
Water as needed to achieve proper consistency
I also like adding a few other things:
Grated coconut
Rice protein or hemp protein
