Flax Crackers | Eat To Live

1 cup fresh tomatoes
1 cup flaxseeds (soaked)
1 red pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lemon
1/4 cup green olives
1/8 cup tamari

Mix all together in vita-mix … spread out on dehydrator sheet

Dehydrate at 145 for 45 minutes then lower to 115 for 12-16 hours.

Makes two sheets.

I eat them with hummus and they truly satisfy my craving for bread.
